Auction Policies and Terms

The data controller collects your personal data through this form for the purposes of managing registrations and participation in online auctions, communicating with users, securing transactions, and improving the quality of services provided via the e-Mazade platform. This data processing has been the subject of a declaration / authorization request submitted to the National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), the official Moroccan authority for data protection, applicable to users residing within Moroccan territory, under the number: D-514/2025. The collected personal data may be transferred to Monsterasp.net servers, in accordance with a data transfer request filed with the CNDP. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and objection regarding your personal data by contacting us at: postmaster@e-mazade.com, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 08-09 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

We collect and store the following types of information when you use our platform:

• Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide during account registration.
• Public Information: Your username, items listed for auction, and phone number (if provided) may be visible to other users.
• Auction Data: Includes your bidding history, items you have listed, and any communications through the platform.

• Provide customer support and notify users of changes or updates.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or prohibited activities.

• Sellers may choose to make their phone numbers public to facilitate communication with buyers. By doing so, you consent to this information being visible to all platform users.
• Buyers should use this contact information responsibly. The platform is not responsible for misuse of publicly displayed contact details.

We may share user data:

• With Service Providers: To support platform operations, such as hosting or customer support.
• As Required by Law: For compliance with legal obligations or law enforcement requests.
• Publicly: Certain information, such as usernames and phone numbers, may be displayed on auction listings.

• You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.

• Our platform facilitates auctions but does not process payments or handle shipping logistics. Buyers and sellers are responsible for managing payments and deliveries independently.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
• The platform reserves the right to:
  • Delete user accounts or listings that violate policies.
  • Temporarily or permanently block users for misconduct.
  • Modify or update user-submitted information to ensure compliance with platform standards.

• Bidding: All bids placed are final and cannot be withdrawn. Users must bid responsibly.
• Item Descriptions: Sellers must provide accurate and truthful details about their items.
• Public Listings: Sellers agree that item details, including their contact information, may be publicly visible.

• Delete Items or Users: We may remove items or accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.
• Block Users: Users found engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities may be blocked.
• Update Listings: The platform may modify item descriptions to correct errors or remove prohibited content.
• Add Listings or Accounts: Administrators have the ability to manually add items or create user accounts as needed.

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting illegal, prohibited, or fraudulent items for auction.
• Misusing public contact details,
• Attempting to disrupt the platform or breach its security.

• The platform does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or legality of items listed.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving payment and delivery disputes.
• The platform is not liable for damages resulting from user activities or external services.

• Certain information, such as usernames, auction listings, and phone numbers (if provided), will be displayed publicly to facilitate transactions.
• Users acknowledge and accept this visibility when listing items or registering on the platform.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Illegal Activities:
  • Selling, buying, or bidding on items that are illegal under local, national, or international laws.
  • Engaging in activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations, including:
    • Human Trafficking: The sale or trade of children, adults, or any form of forced labor or slavery.
    • Wildlife Trafficking: The sale of endangered species or products derived from them (e.g., ivory, animal pelts).
    • Drugs and Narcotics: Selling illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia.
    • Weapons and Explosives: Auctioning firearms, explosives, or any weapon not permitted by law.
    • Counterfeit Goods: Selling fake or unauthorized copies of brand-name items, currency, or documents.
    • Stolen Items: Selling goods that are stolen or unlawfully obtained.

• Misrepresenting the authenticity, quality, or condition of auctioned items.
• Engaging in bid manipulation or fake bidding to artificially increase item prices.
• Using false identities, stolen credentials, or fraudulent payment methods.

• Items that promote hate speech, racism, or violence.
• Pornographic materials or items involving sexual exploitation.
• Items that contain sensitive personal data of any individual (e.g., government-issued IDs, credit card information).

Using publicly displayed phone numbers or other contact details for harassment, spam, or unsolicited marketing.

• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the website’s security or functionality.

• Medical equipment, prescription drugs, or items that require special licenses to trade.
• Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products in jurisdictions where restricted.

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or administrators.
• Encouraging or enabling others to violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
